How to Take Part in the Online Classes

FREE TRIAL! 1 Week of Unlimited Online Classes for Newcomers

The FREE Trial starts from whenever you decide to take your first class not from when you register.

  • Register.  Access the Zoom classes in the timetable using the links and passwords in the Invitation Emails you will then receive.  Please check your Junk/Spam Folder for these Emails.
  • Make a payment for the classes if your 1 weeks free trail has expired and you would like to continue taking part in the classes.
  • Take part at your own pace under no pressure.  Listen to the body and don't force it, work with the body not against it.  Do not continue with a movement if it feels uncomfortable.
  • Ease your way into the sessions. You don't have to take part continuously throughout the whole session, you can rest and resume whenever you feel like it.
  • You are welcome to have a chair beside you to help with your balance, to rest and watch or participate whilst seated, at any time in the class.  This way you can ease into the session and build your participation at your own pace under no pressure, as your strength, fitness and mobility increases.
Seated participation for the whole session is also welcomed.
